Shipping policy

Order Fulfilment: Orders are packaged with care in the order that they are received and taken to the carrier on the next available business day, usually within 1-2 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Costs: Shipping is expensive! We do NOT make money on shipping. Most of our items are heavy and delicate to ship. We take care to package items in a way that they will arrive to you safely. This often means slightly over-sized boxes/pouches and plenty of insulation. We strive to ship our items as safely and effectively as can reasonably be achieved.

Shipping Method: Orders are usually shipped via USPS or UPS, with the fastest available shipping method after factoring in packaging costs. Most orders should arrive within 3-7 days of placing your order, unless there are extenuating circumstances such as bad weather, holidays, etc. 

Shipping Locations: Currently we sell and ship items within the USA only. This may change at a later date as we expand.

Shipping Errors: If an order is returned as undeliverable or return-to-sender due to an incorrect address entered during the check-out process, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package. If the error is on our side (rare as labels are printed directly from your order) then we will, of course, cover the costs to re-ship.
